A.C.E.’s Roofing, LLC ceased operations and was administratively dissolved in 2022. After A.C.E.’s Roofing, LLC closed, ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay purchased certain assets, including the website domain and phone number now used by our company.
We purchased assets; we did not purchase or take over A.C.E.’s Roofing, LLC.
ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay is a separately owned and operated business with its own qualifying contractor, operations, contracts and customer records. We do not have customer files, contracts or warranty records from work performed by A.C.E.’s Roofing, LLC.

ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay cannot access or recreate records for roofing projects completed by A.C.E.’s Roofing, LLC. We also cannot administer or honor labor warranties issued under its contracts.
A roofing manufacturer’s product warranty is different from a contractor’s labor warranty. If you still have your original contract, invoice, permit, product information or warranty documents, those records may help identify the roofing manufacturer and determine whether potential manufacturer warranty coverage exists.
ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay cannot determine whether a manufacturer warranty exists, remains valid or is transferable. However, when the roofing manufacturer can reasonably be identified, we may be able to point you toward the appropriate manufacturer contact.
WHY MIGHT THE CONTRACTOR LICENSE BE DIFFERENT?
A roofing company’s business name and the licensed contractor who qualifies its roofing work are not the same thing. Florida roofing companies perform licensed roofing work through a qualifying contractor.
Our company, ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay, performs roofing work under Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1334897. This is the license associated with our company.
Contracts, permits and other roofing paperwork should identify the contractor license associated with the work performed. Before hiring any contractor—or when reviewing work that has already been completed—you can verify the license number shown on the applicable paperwork through Florida’s official DBPR contractor-license search.
