Make Sure We Know Who Referred Them
The new customer should identify the Referring Customer before signing their roofing contract.

If the new customer does not have all of your information, contact ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay yourself before they sign their contract.
Their Qualifying Project Is Completed
The Referred Customer contracts with ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay, the roofing project is completed, and the final balance is paid in full.

Receive Your Reward
After ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay verifies that the referral qualifies, we will contact the Referring Customer regarding the applicable gift-card reward.
What Counts as a Successful Referral?
- The Referring Customer previously purchased a qualifying roof from ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay.
- The Referring Customer’s ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay roofing project is complete and paid in full.
- The referral is established before the Referred Customer signs their roofing contract.
- The Referred Customer properly identifies the Referring Customer, or the Referring Customer contacts ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay directly and provides the required identifying and contact information before contract signing.
- The Referred Customer completes a qualifying roofing project with ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay and pays the final balance in full.
- Both roofing projects satisfy the Referral Program’s insurance eligibility requirements.*

Eligibility
The Referral Program is available to individuals age 18 or older who previously purchased a qualifying roof from ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay, whose project has been completed, and whose account has been paid in full.
Establishing a Referral
Referral credit must be established before the Referred Customer enters into a roofing contract with ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay.
ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay needs enough information to establish and later contact the Referring Customer, including:
- full name;
- street address where ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay completed their previous roofing project;
- current phone number; and
- current email address.
The Referred Customer may provide this information when requesting a quote.
If the Referred Customer does not have all of the required information, the Referring Customer must contact ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay and provide it before the Referred Customer signs their contract.
Referral credit must be established before the Referred Customer signs a roofing contract. If ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay is notified after contract signing, referral credit will be recognized only when ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay’s existing records independently establish that the referral occurred before the contract was executed.
Qualifying Referral
A referral becomes successful only after:
- the Referring Customer’s qualifying roofing project with ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay has been completed and paid in full;
- the referral was properly established before contract signing;
- the Referred Customer enters into a qualifying roofing contract with ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay;
- the qualifying project is completed;
- the final balance is paid in full; and
- all Referral Program eligibility requirements are satisfied.
Insurance Eligibility
ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay restricts its Referral Program to referrals in which BOTH the Referring Customer’s previous roofing project and the Referred Customer’s new roofing project are non-insurance projects.
The Referring Customer’s previous roofing project with ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay must not have been related to a property insurance claim, and property insurance proceeds must not have been received, payable, or expected to be payable toward that project.
The Referred Customer’s new roofing project with ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay must not be related to a property insurance claim, and property insurance proceeds must not be received, payable, or expected to be payable toward that project.
Important: If either roofing project involves property insurance as described above, the referral is not eligible for a Referral Program reward.
This two-project exclusion is an eligibility requirement established by ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay for its Referral Program.
Florida law prohibits compensation, inducements, or rewards for referrals of services for which property insurance proceeds are payable.

ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay does not file, negotiate, interpret, adjust, or manage property-insurance claims on behalf of customers.
Rewards
A request for a quote, referral, signed contract, deposit, or project that has not been completed and paid in full does not by itself earn a referral reward.
Customer Information & Verification
The Referring Customer and Referred Customer are responsible for providing truthful and complete information necessary for ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay to determine Referral Program eligibility.
ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay may request reasonable documentation or confirmation necessary to verify eligibility before issuing a reward.
False or Incomplete Information
If either party provides materially false, inaccurate or incomplete information that affects Referral Program eligibility, ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay may disqualify the referral.
If a reward has already been issued and the referral is later determined to have been ineligible because of materially false, inaccurate or incomplete information, ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay reserves the right to seek reimbursement of the value of the reward.
Reward Acknowledgment
Each customer may be required to confirm the insurance status of their own roofing project as part of determining Referral Program eligibility.
The Referring Customer may be required to certify that their previous ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay project satisfied the Program’s insurance eligibility requirements.
The Referred Customer may be required to certify the insurance status of their new roofing project when entering into the roofing contract and again before a referral reward is issued.
Neither customer will be required to certify facts concerning the other customer’s insurance status that they would have no reasonable way of knowing.
Referring Customer
→ verifies/certifies facts concerning their own previous ACE’S roofing project.
Referred Customer
→ verifies/certifies facts concerning their own new ACE’S roofing project.
ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay
→ verifies its records and determines Referral Program eligibility.
Duplicate Referrals
If more than one person claims the same referral, ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay may determine referral credit based upon its existing records and when the referral was first established.
No Discount / Rebate
Referral rewards are not a discount on roofing work, are not a rebate of the contract price, are not a payment or waiver of an insurance deductible, and may not be applied toward an amount owed to ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay.
Program Administration
ACE’S Roofing of Tampa Bay may modify, suspend or discontinue the Referral Program prospectively, subject to applicable law.
